Cheri S. MT-BC Cheri is a Board-Certified Music Therapist who graduated from Western Michigan University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy. Her major instrument in college was voice, and she enjoyed singing in various choirs over the years. She also plays guitar and piano, and teaches private piano lessons to beginning piano students in her spare time. Cheri completed her internship at Stockley Center in Georgetown, Delaware, working with adults with developmental disabilities. She, then, returned to her hometown of Martin, Michigan to work with children with developmental disabilities at the Allegan County Development Center in Allegan, Michigan. She worked there for approximately five years before moving to Sacramento and joining the Music To Grow On team in May of 2005.
